Successful implementation of the project "ISO-EXO: Introduction of ISO standards for business excellence and environmental sustainability"

On September 1, 2025, the implementation of the project entitled "ISO-EXO: Introduction of ISO standards for business excellence and environmental sustainability", code PK.1.3.04.0086, co-financed as part of the Competitiveness and Cohesion Programme 2021-2027, through the Call for Project Proposals "Support to companies for product certification and introduction of management systems", began.

The duration of the project is 18 months, i.e. until March 1, 2027.

ISO-EXO project ensures standardization of business processes, increase in product quality and strengthening of environmental responsibility Creaticon doo Certification according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22716, the company will ensure strict safety, hygiene and environmental standards, increase customer trust and open doors to new markets. The target groups of the project include consumers, distributors and partners, who will benefit from safer products and more sustainable business. This step forward will strengthen the position of the brands Skintegra and Skinlick in the global market.

The project activities are:

  • Activity 1 - MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATION:
    • Consulting services: this phase includes the development of all documentation required to comply with ISO standards, including policies, procedures, work instructions, forms and records. After the development of the documentation, its implementation in the organization follows, the adaptation of existing business processes and operational procedures to the requirements of the standards and their integration into daily operations.
    • Certification procedure: Certification is carried out in two stages:
      • Phase 1: Initial certification audit: This phase includes a review of the documented information of the management system, an assessment of the specific conditions at the company's locations and an assessment of the system's readiness for the main audit. Key processes, objectives and performance are analyzed and recommendations for improvements are defined.
      • Phase 2: Main certification audit: An evaluation of the effectiveness of the system in practice is carried out, including verification of compliance with standards, monitoring and measurement of key processes, and management of non-conformities. The role of management in implementing the system is also analyzed, confirming the organization's readiness for official ISO certification.
      • Internal audit and final system assessment: After the implementation of the management system, an internal audit is carried out to verify its effectiveness and compliance with ISO standards. The audit includes a review of documentation and process implementation, identification of non-conformities and implementation of corrective measures to eliminate them. As a final step, the management carries out an assessment of the effectiveness of the system, analyzes the results of the internal audit and makes decisions on further development of the system.
