This year was a big year for us and we are extremely proud of everything we accomplished in it! We believe that 2023 has prepared us for all the great things yet to come!
NEW SKINTEGRA AND SKINLICK PRODUCTS
This year, Skintegra released as many as three new products, and the Skinlick range became richer for the haircare line with its two shampoos.
In January 2023, we introduced
O/P Hydra - the richer, creamier successor to our Hydra B. In the third month, we introduced our technologically innovative clear cleansing milk in gel form -
Melt Milk , just like the now very popular Skinlick "green" shampoo for oily scalp,
Root Cause Sebum Balance shampoo .
The sixth month passed in the name of Skinlick with as many as two new products;
Cloud serum light - moisturizing serum for oily skin and
Root Cause Hair Retreat shampoo for sensitive scalp.
The seventh month was marked by the release of the long-awaited
Solara II - a cream with SPF 50 and one of the highest UVA-PF on the market at 49.1.
We ended the year with a bang this year as well: in December, we released our
Retiron 0.05 , one of the most anticipated retinals on the market.
WE PRESENTED THE NEW LOYALTY PROGRAM
In October of this year, we presented a new form of loyalty program. Our previous loyalty program functioned in such a way that customers received 1 point for every €1 spent.
collecting the amount in euros in the virtual wallet, and for each purchase 10% of the total amount of the account is saved in the user's virtual wallet.
Another big innovation in our loyalty system is that loyalty levels no longer have an expiration date. Once you reach a level, you stay there until you collect enough points to move up.
In addition to the new loyalty program, we also presented a long-awaited
gift card in as many as 5 amounts;
€25, €50, €75, €100 and €150.
EXPANDING THE NETWORK OF LOCAL AND FOREIGN PARTNERS
Starting this year, Skinlick entered the permanent lineup of the drugstore section of all dm branches in Croatia, Skintegra and Skinlick entered the shelves of dms in Bosnia and Herzegovina , while Skintegra became available in dms in Serbia.
Through 2023, Skintegra became available with a larger number of partners on the German, Bulgarian, and Hungarian markets, and it premiered on the Greek and Swedish markets as well .
WE ALSO OPENED OUR PLANT
Our production facility of over 800 m2 , with an additional 1010 m2 of farm yard , includes a production hall, laboratory, office space and storage capacity , and is located in Odra, in Zagreb.
The facility is home to state-of-the-art laboratory spaces, advanced equipment and devices, and the latest technologies in the cosmetic industry. Our plant is the place where the production of all our products of both our brands:
Skintegra and Skinlick, is carried out from start to finish.
The investment in this production facility did not include only construction works and equipment, but also a plan to create new jobs. With the new plant, we will enable an independent and continuous process of developing the production of cosmetic products, which we want to further strengthen our position on the market.
SKINTEGRA AS A SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE BRAND
We can proudly point out that for the sixth year in a row we have been doing business with an emphasis on socially responsible behavior aimed at the most vulnerable members of our community.
September was a sign of the fight against violence against women , and on this occasion, in cooperation with Go2Digital , we designed and implemented a digital campaign that was displayed on digital billboards in as many as 11 Croatian cities throughout the day.
In addition, we continue to provide support and donate our products and other necessities for women and children to residents of Safe Houses throughout Croatia.
EVENTS AND AWARDS
In February, we participated in
the laudable initiative of the Estetica.hr portal #pokažise. The initiative was launched with the aim of destigmatizing the problem of acne and early prevention of this extremely common skin problem, not only in young people but also in adults. In addition to numerous skincare brands, numerous dermatological polyclinics and practices from all over Croatia participated in the initiative.
In March, we
presented ourselves with our Skinlick at dm's big event called
dm beauty break , where trends from the world of beauty have been presented for three years in a row.
May was marked by our premier participation at the fourth edition of
the Pharma and beauty professional conference, where we presented new Skintegrina products and learned about innovations and current events from the world of skincare.
In June
, Skintegra won two awards at the Estetica Premium Product event this year;
Clarion 2% BHA cleanser won the award for the best cleanser for problem skin, and the brand won the award for the best Croatian brand.
In June, we were also among the 3.7% of companies awarded
the Dun & Bradstreet AAA silver certificate for credit excellence in Croatia.
In addition to the
Estetike.hr award for the best Croatian brand , we also won the
Grazija award. The expert jury
of the Best Beauty Awards awarded Skintegra
the title of the best Croatian brand.
WE PARTICIPATED IN THE ESTETICA DEMIK MEETING AND WON THE TITLE OF THE BEST CROATIAN BRAND
We participated in this year's meeting as exhibitors, but for the first time also as lecturers.
For us, this year proved to be particularly successful, considering the great interest of visitors in our brand and our products, just as in the topic of our expert presentation.
In addition to excelling as exhibitors and lecturers, the title that was awarded to us this year is a special honor; the expert jury of Estetica singled out Skintegra as the best Croatian brand.
