Payment and delivery


The Buyer undertakes to pay the ordered products along with delivery costs to the seller, the company Creaticon Ltd., using one of the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer - via a general payment slip or internet banking
  • American Express®, Diners®Mastercard®, Visa, and Maestro® 
  • PayPal
  • Airwallex

The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.

If paying by bank transfer, after creating your order, you will receive all necessary information via email to complete the transfer (general payment slip). Your order reserves the items and quantity. The usual payment model is 01 (payment by invoice), but some banks have their own codes. You can leave it without a model number, but it is best to contact your bank if the order reports an error. Be sure to enter the order number in the payment reference (received in the confirmation email of your order).

This number is used to quickly link your payment to the order. The usual time for transaction confirmation between banks is a maximum of 48 hours. Skintegra holds the reservation for 3 days. The reservation can be extended upon your request by contacting the administrator at The goods are delivered after the amount is transferred to the bank account.

  • Belgium, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Romania: 6€ (FREE for orders over 50€)
  • Estonia, Spain, France, Latvia, Portugal, UK: 7€ (FREE for orders over 50€)
  • Sweden: 9€ (FREE for orders over 70€)
  • Finland, Ireland: 10€ (FREE for orders over 70€)
  • Rest of the world: DHL (price calculated at checkout)

Except for pre-sale, most products are shipped within 2 to 3 working days and delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch for most destinations.

Orders received are usually processed the next working day (Monday to Friday) and sent to the customer (recipient of the shipment) within 24 hours. The exception is during promotional and seasonal periods when, due to the increased number of orders, the preparation of shipments may exceptionally take longer than 24 hours.

After ordering, you will receive:

  • an order confirmation via email, within a few minutes of confirming the order
  • notification that the order has been sent by GLS or DHL via email with the shipment number, usually within 1 working day of confirming the order (except during pre-sale periods when the expected delivery time is longer)

You can track the shipment via GLS Parcel tracking or DHL Shipment Tracking.
