Tria Light is a treatment cream for skin prone to acne and comedones. It is primarily designed for combination and oily skin whose pores are easily clogged and acne prone, i.e. for skin that appears inflamed and unhealthy, accompanied by numerous blemishes and textural irregularities, but it can also be used on less oily skin as a treatment base for more nourishing products or oil boosters.

Tria Light works in 3 ways. First, with continuous use, it regulates the amount of sebum with a regenerative effect on the skin, thus reducing the appearance of new pimples and comedones. With continuous use of Tria Light, the tone and texture of the skin becomes evened out, and the skin has a healthier and fresher appearance. Second, fourteen active and plant components work synergistically against existing clogged pores and blemishes, the most significant of which are niacinamide or vitamin B3, zinc PCA and two forms of vitamin E that rapidly restore damaged skin. Third, and no less important, this non-comedogenic, fast-absorbing and silky gel cream supplies the skin with reparative ingredients such as panthenol, allantoin, bisabolol and soothing plant extracts that restore the skin's balance and nurture its natural resistance.

Explanation of active ingredients and plant extracts in the product:

Niacinamide (6%) - evens skin tone and reduces post-pigmentation, works against acne
Carnitine - regulation of sebum secretion
Green tea extract - an exceptional antioxidant and source of catechins
White willow extract - precursor of salicylic acid, has an anti-inflammatory, soothing and purifying effect
Two forms of vitamin E - regenerative, reparative and antioxidant action
Linoleic acid - restores and protects the skin from environmental effects
Linolenic acid - refines the sebum structure, has an anti-inflammatory effect, regulates cell metabolism
Red willow extract - anti-inflammatory action, reduces the appearance of enlarged pores
Licorice extract - antioxidant action, source of flavonoids, evens skin tone
Allantoin - anti-irritant, moisturizes
Zinc PCA - clinically proven anti-aging effect, moisturizes and regenerates
Bisabolol - anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial ingredient
Panthenol - soothes and restores

Tria Light can be applied to the whole face or only to problem areas.

It is an excellent base for other cosmetic products and makeup. Tria Light is formulated without the addition of parabens, fragrances, alcohol, synthetic dyes and other irritants, and is packaged in an airless bottle that protects the ingredients from air and contamination so that they remain fresh and maximally effective until the end of the bottle's use.

Frequently asked questions

This product "regulates sebum production". Does this mean it will dry out my skin?

No. This product is completely non-drying. Tria Light regulates the sebum production with the active ingredients it contains, which in the long term reduce the hyperproduction of sebum from the sebaceous glands. This effect is subtle and oily skin will certainly not become typologically dry or superficially dried out by using the product, but with regular use, the sebaceous glands will be normalized to some extent. It should be kept in mind that oily skin is mainly affected by hormones and/or genetics, which topical products cannot fully affect.

Given that Tria Light contains highly potent active ingredients, can I combine it with other intensive products such as serums?

Tria Light perfectly regulates problematic skin and we recommend using it with exfoliants such as Clarion. However, in that case we recommend Tria Light for the morning routine with an SPF, and Clarion for the evening. If your skin is problematic, we suggest that you do not introduce both products at once, but one at a time to allow your skin enough time to adapt to the intensive skincare regimen.

What are the key differences between Clarion and Tria Light in treating acne-prone skin?

Tria Light is much gentler than Clarion and recommended for very sensitive skin. It does not sensitize the skin to sunlight like exfoliants based on glycolic acid, and you can use it twice a day. Clarion's formula is minimalistic and robust, designed for resistant oily skin that needs a very intensive treatment. Sensitive, thin and dehydrated skin will benefit more from Trie Light.
