Skintegra Amphibian is an ultra-gentle facial cleansing gel, ideal for sensitive and dehydrated skin. Its amphoteric and amino acid surfactants remove impurities, makeup, and SPF, while betaine, bisabolol, and a mineral complex (Cu, Zn, Mg) soothe and strengthen. With an optimized pH of 5.5, it’s free from SLS, alcohol, soap, and fragrance, delivering maximum effect with minimal product.

Description

Gentle but thorough facial cleansing is important in order to keep the skin healthy and functional. Choosing a mild cleanser for dehydrated skin is one of the most important steps in daily care.

Skin without dryness and irritation, and perfectly clean of makeup, sebum, SPF and environmental impurities, is possible with the iconic Skintegra Amphibian, an extremely gentle cleansing gel for even the most sensitive skin. The texture of Amphibian is incredibly slippery (aqua-jelly) and designed to achieve an outstanding effect of removing surface impurities with a minimum amount of product.

Skintegra Amphibian is based on mild, dermocompatible amphoteric and amino acid surfactants (cleansers), which gently cleanse and leave the skin smooth and soothed. In this Skintegra formulation, the percentage of surfactants is smaller than the percentage of moisturizing substances, which, keeping sensitive skin in mind, we have carefully balanced with soothing components: betaine and bisabolol soothe and strengthen the skin, and the complex of copper, zinc and magnesium minerals is a traditionally used "recipe" for damaged and inflamed skin (acne, dermatitis, irritations).

Skintegra Amphibian is pH optimized (5.5) and formulated without perfume, denatured alcohol and synthetic dyes and does not contain SLS, SLES, soap or abrasive particles. The color of the product comes from the minerals in it.

How to use

Clean the face with Amphibian alone or after removing make-up with Atomic as a second cleansing step. Rinse well and immediately continue applying your favorite exfoliants, serums and creams.

Imam suhu kožu. Je li Amphibian za mene?

Amphibian is specifically designed for normal to oily skin because such skin types prefer a gel texture (as opposed to oily or creamy textures), but other than that, the answer is YES. Amphibian is extremely mild and gentle, and can also be used on dry skin if you like such cleansing product textures.

Zašto je pH proizvoda bitan kad se ionako ispire za minutu?

Alkaline (basic) cleansing gels have a significantly higher pH than the skin, which is naturally acidic. When the skin's pH is raised so drastically, regardless of how long the product remains on the face, the hydrolipid layer of the stratum corneum is significantly compromised (and remains so for hours afterward), which weakens the skin's defense against the proliferation of microorganisms that can cause acne and infections.

Zašto je odsutnost parfema bitna kod proizvoda koji se ne zadržava na koži?

Perfumes are recognized and registered allergens within the European Union, which Skintegra avoids in all products, including those that are rinsed off. Even brief contact can cause contact and/or allergic reactions in particularly sensitive individuals, but even those without a history of fragrance allergies can develop unnecessary skin sensitivity from perfumes. Precisely because of the absence of perfume in this formulation, you can use it even around the eye area.

Zašto Amphibian ima boju?

Amphibian is formulated without any synthetic dyes. The combination of minerals present in the product creates a beautiful bluish shade of our Amphibian. :)
