Skin type : combination
Main skin challenges : Acne (inflammatory), non-inflammatory acne (closed comedones and blackheads), spots left behind after acne, reactive (intolerant) skin
"My skin is combined with an oily T zone and sensitive cheeks. I would additionally describe it as reactive and "thin". It is prone to inflammatory acne, most often in the wider area around the chin and lips and on the cheekbones, which are left with permanent dark reddish spots (up to a couple months) and more or less deep scars. The skin in the area of the cheeks, around the eyes and on the chin is often red during the day, even under tinted cream or powder, and often reacts to care products (sometimes even washing with water) with redness and burning. Blackheads I have it on the nose area, and sometimes closed comedones appear (most often on the chin).
I would first like to reduce the appearance of inflammatory acne, speed up the skin regeneration process and work on the removal of treatment spots. "

Explanation :
Acne is often associated with sensitive, reactive skin, for which we advise a gentler approach to facial care. In addition, the consequences in the form of persistent, pink spots linger much longer and with greater intensity on skin whose protective barrier has been compromised. As a first step, with this type of skin, it is necessary to strengthen its protective barrier and adjust the daily care accordingly.
You can clean the skin with a mild and non-drying Amphibian gel, formulated precisely for thorough but gentle cleansing of the skin without accompanying irritation, burning and redness. Since the use of powder and tinted cream is indicated, we recommend practicing a double cleanse that includes dissolving makeup with Atomic Oil Cleanser before cleansing the face with gel.
In a large number of cases, with problems like this description, the first thing to do is to reach for a treatment product that will have a targeted effect on acne, but our advice is to give the skin time to recover and find a product that will help you with that. For this purpose, we suggest the CICA-CERA cream rich in ceramides, which reduce skin reactivity and strengthen the protective barrier, and the CICA complex, which reduces inflammation and helps heal damaged parts of the skin, such as wounds that remain after rough squeezing of pimples and procedural pink spots. With this approach, you also indirectly affect irregularities, because renewed, resistant skin will be less prone to breakouts.
Additional support that is easy to incorporate into this routine comes in the form of Infrared serum, whose specific active component, a derivative of azelaic acid, has a proven soothing effect on the skin, while at the same time brightening the skin tone, i.e. fading visible spots. The advantage of this product is that its light, fast-absorbing texture deeply moisturizes and strengthens the skin.
Postural pink spots can darken and become brownish over time, which is why it is important to regularly protect the skin from the sun and use a light texture product with a protective factor, such as Solar I fluid.
Clarion can be introduced into this routine after a couple of weeks of using the basic routine, 3 times a week in the evening, so that one drop of the product is spread locally on the problem areas in a thin layer. Clarion contains a combination of salicylic and glycolic acids, deep cleans clogged pores and has a strong anti-inflammatory effect.
Remember, the skin should be given time to recover and strengthen. Be patient and attentive, and the results will not fail.
