Successful implementation of the EU project "Creaticon digital transformation"

Creaticon doo successfully implemented the "Creaticon digital transformation" project, co-financed from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021-2026, as part of the Call for Project Proposals "Grants for Digitization".

The total value of the project is HRK 632,625.03 (€83,963.77), while the eligible costs are HRK 508,600.00 (€67,502.82). The total amount of grants is HRK 279,729.99 (€37,126.55), and the project implementation period was from August 15, 2022. until 15.08.2023.

With this project, Creaticon doo successfully improved competitiveness and business efficiency through the successful implementation of the Digital Transformation Plan. As a result of the implementation of the project, employment of new employees and increase in sales revenue will be ensured, and 9 business processes have been improved by introducing digital solutions from the field of IT.

The project activities were:

  • Implementation of the Digital Transformation Plan
  • The aforementioned activities included the introduction of new production procedures, service delivery methods and organizational practices through the following sub-activities with the purpose of digital transformation of business, business processes and production:
    • Procurement of digital solutions and technologies intended to advance digitization for the purpose of digital transformation of business, business processes and production
    • Implementation and adaptation of digital solutions with new internal systems that contribute to digitization for the purpose of digital business transformation
    • Strengthening employees' digital skills related to new digital solutions and technology for the purpose of implementing the Company's Digital Transformation Plan

The project was co-financed by the European Union through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021-2026.
