In addition to the CICA complex, plant ceramides (ceramide AP, ceramide NP and ceramide EOP + phytosphingosine) have been selected for this cream, which have a unique ability to protect and restore the barrier function, restore the skin's resistance and prevent transepidermal moisture loss. Ceramides are lipids that healthy skin naturally produces and are one of the most important components of the natural protective barrier.
